if it is hot out …
if it is hot out whipping cream will become bad within 2 hours
and you have to have over 38% fat in the whipping cream for it to hold long when hot
but it always best to keep whipping cream in refrigerator temp
in Sweden where i live and bake it is weary common to use whippet cream as decoration
but we do the cake weary fast the put it in the fridge
and it whill hold 4 longer if you whip it as little as possible
