What are some good cake decorating books?
I want to get my friend a cake decorating book for her birthday because she loves decorating/making cakes. I do not know anything about cake decorating. What are seom good books on cake decorating?

The Cake Bible has quality recipes (hundreds of cake recipes). The author is a leading expert on baking cakes. She even has a website dedicated to baker’s questions. I personally own Lesley Herbert’s Complete Book of Sugar Flowers. I love the diagrams and pictures and easy-to-follow instructions.
