I’m a baking enthusiast. All of these books listed are on my wishlist. The cake decorators are world renowned and a household name for cake decorators such as myself. I’m very sure your friend knows a thing or two about them The Cake Bible has quality recipes (hundreds of cake recipes). The author is a leading expert on baking cakes. She even has a website dedicated to baker’s questions. I personally own Lesley Herbert’s Complete Book of Sugar Flowers. I love the diagrams and pictures and easy-to-follow instructions.
